Enseer now has a new CEO:
In 2008, Mr. Darren Hart stepped up to become the new
CEO of Enseer Group. Prior to that, Darren has
been an advisor to the Board since 2003, and he was also
Director of Enseer's External Affairs during that time.
Mr. Cunningham is staying on as Chairman. However,
Darren will succeed Mr. Arthur Cunningham who is to
retire as CEO, so that he can more fully pursue his
social entrepreneurial and community aid aspirations.
Darren will be CEO and Enterprise Director, while Mr.
Mark Feitsma continues as the Chief Financial Officer
and Vice Chairman of the Board after working alongside
Mr. Cunningham for over 28 years, and Mark will remain
Chief of Enseer's Audit and Investigations section.
Cunningham comments on Hart's appointment:
“Darren’s tremendous skill and experience, as
well as his energetic leadership equips him well in his
new role. His experience in project management, and his
modern approach to business, equips Enseer to grow and
build greater positions as the market leader under
Darren,” he says.
“I warmly congratulate Darren on his election, and am
very pleased to see the leadership of our Group pass on
to such capable hands.”
Commenting on his election, Darren says:
“I am very excited about leading our group and working
with our clients as we all focus on succeeding in
today’s economic climate. Now is a great time to find
new clients looking to capitalise on the opportunities
ahead as the economy rebounds.”
Mr. Hart says all Enseer staff will continue their
normal mode of operation in participating on projects.
